Support Hours
Our on-line store is always open. We have designed our site to facilitate your lending needs without the necessity of an expensive store front and without the necessity of constant full-time employees. We realize that this does delay some processes slightly, but this also allows us to keep our rates far below our competitors. A little extra time on your part can save you a good chunk of change in the end.
Phone Support
Even though we are on-line, we still want to allow for live breathing and helpful support that you can talk to on the phone. When you call, if we are not available, we will get back to you very quickly.
Generally, we will be available from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on the phone Monday through Friday. We will put through any transactions through the web site, that we receive up until 9:00 pm each day except Sunday. After that any payments that come in will be processed the next business day. Please keep in mind that all payments, new loan requests, and emails sent through the Contact Us web page will send us an email and also text message our cell phones so that we can respond promptly.
ACH Credits
This is not really a "support hours" topic, but does come up frequently as a support question. As a general rule for new loans, all ACH credits to your account take 24 hours. Unfortunately, this does not include weekends or banking holidays. This is not an issue with us, but with the way the banking system works. To help secure funding for the next day, we must credit your account through ACH by 4:00 pm of the current day. So, if you take a loan on Tuesday and we ACH your account before 4:00 pm, you will receive the money directly into your account by the next day. If we make the transfer on a Friday, you will not see it in your account until Monday.
