Getting a new loan is very easy and only takes a small effort. We have tried to make getting your first loan with us as easy as possible. There are still a couple of steps that you will need to do in this 3 step process, but we believe you will be very happy with how easy it is.

  * Driver's License
  * Most recent pay stub from your employer
  * Most recent Bank Statement
  * Utility bill for your residence

Step 2: Fill out and submit our secured loan application
This application will explain to us who you are. It takes just a few minutes to fill out, but you only have to do it once. You can do this online by going to our Customer Application page, or you can call our office at (801) 569-3569.

Step 3: Upon approval, we will send you a contract that you sign and fax back and then we will deposit the money into your specified bank account. The length of time for funding varies, but we generally have it to you within 24 to 36 hours. If we are crediting your bank account on a Friday, many times the money is received in your account on Saturday, but there are times when it takes until Monday. This is just a fact of how the Automated Clearing Houses (ACH) work and we have no control over this schedule.

What are some of the items that will keep you from getting a loan?
Although we try our best to approve every customer, there are some items that we would like to mention that are absolutes as far as keeping you from getting a loan. We have listed below the most common issues which would keep you from qualifying for a new loan with us.

• No Job
• No Bank Account
• Stop payments on the bank statement
• More than 3 return checks on the bank statement (This is not an absolute because there are times when an entire volley of checks are returned for one instance of a problem). If returned checks are a way of life however, then you will not qualify for a loan.
• Open Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
• Other outstanding payday loans with another company if it exceeds the approval amount with Cash City USA.
• Fraudulent Information - This is an automatic. If your going to lie to us, please go somewhere else. We won't catch everything, but we do have sources for the most important information.
• Difficult customer - If you are visibly or verbally difficult to work with, especially through the approval process, then we reserve the right to decline your application.
